While they have a brick and mortar location in Harvard Square, Clover Food Lab is more properly conceived of as a food truck operation (i.e. oriented towards "food on the go"). They've been around since 2008, but initially were just an MIT phenomena that has expanded considerably in recent years. If you are a vegetarian (or perhaps just doing a Meatless Monday) in the Boston area you owe it to yourself to check them out... as an omnivore I find them a little less enticing than Anna, but their sandwiches/pitas are pretty solid (pictured above is the BBQ Seitan cut in half) and their rosemary fries are fantastic.
