This is not a new thing... the dastardly French made a sport of action movie cliches a few years ago. A sport? YES. It's called Le Parkour, and it's an amazing thing. As urban as urban can be... it reminds me a bit of what I've seen of capoeira, but slightly more crazy and 100x more French.

It's like they are trying to live a video-game, Craziness... but an awesome kind.
