Not quite as pretty a picture as in the "a priori" post... but it is certainly representative of the finished product. I don't think I've ever made this much meat at one time in my life... all of it came out fantastic; but damn. The beans and Brazilian salsa also came out awesomely. I'll lay down the full recipe with pics in the coming days.
